I offer specialized exercise programs that will accommodate your busy schedule, while allowing you to meet all of your fitness goals. Your health and fitness is my top priority. Look Good, Feel Good, Good Fun

1 on 1  training will be done at 200 Kent st Anytime fitness, you do not need a membership to get personal training. Costs will vary depending on the packages, please email for more info
