Strength is the building blocks to life. You will need strength to over come any obstacle in life, and well to pull a tank! lol


With this training package weather one on one, or online, we will go through the 4 main lifts, Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, and Shoulder press with proper form ( modified to each client) and nutrition tips to keep the gains rolling (and no ladies this will not make you bulking, but warning it will make you strong !)
